Meaghan
Schaefer is a ceramic artist living and working in Victoria, BC. She received a
Certificate in Ceramics (Honours) from the Kootenay School of the Arts in 2015.
Her work is inspired by the beauty of nature and lives in the intersection of
sculpture and function. Each piece is wheel thrown using a translucent
porcelain and has hand sculpted flowers delicately added on. The details on each
petal are imprinted from the lines on the artist's hands.
